Hi there everybody...
first things first... here is the link to week 8 homework and its corresponding BrainPop on Isotopes
and in fact here is the whole list of Brain Pops so you can see more!
BrainPops
more BrainPops
Even More BrainPops
and I can't believe there are even more BrainPops
These are through a publishing company whose textbooks we use.
In other news... we had our family fun food fiesta last night and it was a lot of fun. Over 100 folks showed up. We ate, drank, learned new food ideas and flung grapes from a catapult. Pictures are coming as soon as I can find the camera.

Week 6 homework and
Hi there everyone,
First, the ski trip forms are due on Monday (Jan 9th, 2012) and it would be a shame to miss out on a day of fun in the "snow(?)"
Second here is week 6 homework and the Brain Pop on the Water Cycle... to bad it is not the ice or snow cycle or else we may get some snow our way too!
Third. We start to use Dry Ice to explore how molecules work. This will help us understand heat better when we explore that 3rd quarter. Students will be inquiring what, how and why dry ice behaves the way it does.
